Ten emerging speciality food and drinks businesses based in the Caribbean will be exhibiting at this years Speciality and Fine Foods Fair at the Olympia London.

Under the Absolutely Caribbean Pavilion supported by the European Union and Caribbean Export, these companies will showcase their range of products to industry buyers and media.

Take a journey through the islands of the Caribbean to discover a range of products from fiery hot pepper sauces, flavoursome natural and organic condiments to alcoholic beverages including Caribbean craft beer, rum and mamajuana!  Also discover wild craft turmeric products, natural teas and fine flavour cocoa products.
